The PDA1000V is an automated vision inspection system designed for Double Side Cooled (DSC) package handling. With the implementation of a dual-track mechanism, all 3 variants of DSC products can be addressed in one system. Combined with the omni-directional camera acquisition design, all 6 sides of the unit can be inspected, the results are highly reliable, and the resolution images are clear, which can be viewed by customers after inspection. A complete system from auto-loading, LFID reading, detection to physically rejecting modules is an ideal system configuration to address multi-dimensional DSC packaging.
