High resolution line scan vision system technology is implemented in PWB1000V for visual inspection and yield management after die attach process and wire bonding process. It features a user-friendly software interface, image processing based on a Cognex vision system, a strip mapping process, and can handle up to 5 cassettes at a time. In addition, it adopts a dual scanning trajectory mechanism, and the scanning speed is as high as 75mm/s.
