The ISP3100 is a manual optical inspection system capable of inspecting wires or substrates. The system is equipped with a programmable magazine loader and a programmable XY stage with an accuracy of up to ±25µm. In addition, the ISP3100 is equipped with an automatic changeover system capable of handling leadframe or substrate packages of different widths. It is capable of physical marking using various types of reject identification modules such as perforators, wire cutters, scribes, inkjet and laser systems. ​
